UK Delivery

We aim to send all parcels within 24 hours of placing your order. On weekends your order will be dispatched the next working day. All UK parcels are sent on a tracked Royal Mail service.

£5.95 - Standard Shipping | 2-3 working days

£15 - Large orders (over 5KG) | 2-3 working days

£8.95 - Next Day Shipping | 1 working day (order before midday)

Occasionally we may have to transfer stock from another shop for your order. In this case we will notify you of any delays.

Collection

Our greenest option - choose to collect your order from either our London Fields or Islington shop. We will aim to have orders ready within 24 hours and you will receive a confirmation email when this is ready to pick up from your chosen store.

*Please collect your order within 30 working days.

European Delivery

We offer a flat rate of £28 for European delivery which is available at checkout. International orders are send via either Royal Mail or UPS and take approximately 5-11 days delivery. We do not cover customs and these plus any local charges are the customers responsibility. We pack all orders as carefully as possible but cannot be responsible for any breakages made in transit when shipping abroad.

International delivery

If you live outside of Europe and would like to place an order, email us at orders@pophamshome.com with your chosen items and delivery address and we'll provide you with a delivery quote. 

Gift Registry Shipping

If you purchase from one of our gift registries all items and personal notes will be sent to the recipient in one delivery after the date of the wedding or event.

Returns

Online Returns: If something isn’t quite right, please contact us for a return or exchange within 2 weeks of receiving your order, and we will be in touch to arrange the rest. orders@pophamshome.com

In Store Returns: All purchases made in store are exchange only within 2 weeks. Please bring to the store with your receipt for an exchange or credit note.

For any damaged or faulty items we ask that you contact us within four weeks of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage and we recommend using a tracked or signed for method to ensure it arrives safely back with us.

*Please note that all made to order items are non-refundable.

We ask that you reuse the packaging received when possible and wrap the item as it was when received to ensure it's safe return.

**CHRISTMAS RETURNS - All orders placed in store or online from 1st November can be exchanged (in store purchases) or returned for a refund or exchange (online orders) up until the 31st January 2025.

Workshop Return Policy

Cancellation of workshop tickets up to 48 hours before an event qualifies for store credit of the full amount. For cancellations less than 48 hours before an event we offer 50% of the value in store credit. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on workshop tickets.

Our Packaging

All our packaging is recyclable, we use cardboard, hive wrap and starch packaging peanuts. In some cases we may reuse boxes or packaging from deliveries to ensure this is being re-used.
