East London based ceramicist Andrea Roman says “My work is characterised by the use of texturised clay and the absence of glaze in a large portion of the surface of my pieces. Straight lines and simple forms allow me to focus on the clay body itself and experiment with texture and tone.”
These Flat White cups are a firm favourite at Pophams Home. With a slightly more decadent feel to them these are incredibly smooth and a pleasure to hold. In a deep red terracotta clay with an unglazed outer and a glossy glazed inner.
