An easy dinner for two with a twist
Ingredients:

Pour a jar of Pophams Puttanesca sauce into a pan and warm on a medium heat. Add in a tin of mackerel, sardines or mussels (or any tinned fish!) plus the oil and stir through the sauce warming gently.
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and add a pack of our fresh Spaghettoni pasta. Cook for 3-4 minutes until al-dente then drain the pasta, setting aside a cup of the cooking water.
Lower the heat and add the pasta to the sauce with a splash of pasta water. Stir until fully combined, add a sprinkling of freshly chopped parsley, and serve. Enjoy!
